Global Africa: Past, Present, and Future

This hybrid, interdisciplinary conference is dedicated to exploring the diverse dimensions of Global African heritage and presence. The conference seeks to facilitate a dialogue that explores the multifaceted African perspectives on historical and contemporary global dynamics, with particular attention to the history and state of African diasporic communities, transnational networks, and imagined futures.

This conference is a hybrid event.
All sessions will take place online using Zoom.
The keynote speeches will take place in person and online.
Dates:
Thurs, Apr 24: Keynote speaker will open the conference in the evening.
Fri, Apr 25: Sessions will take place all day with a keynote speaker mid-day.
Sat, Apr 26: Sessions will take place in the morning with a keynote speaker mid-day.
