Global Master of Arts/Master of Business Administration Overview

When you earn a Global MA/MBA, a dual degree program from the Center for Global and International Studies and the School of Business at the University of Kansas, you’ll receive a well-rounded education that not only supports your career goals, but also incorporates both the theoretical background and practical experience needed to succeed in today's ever-changing global economy.  This program synthesizes critical knowledge of the contemporary social, cultural, and political global context with the tremendous skills acquired from KU's excellent MBA program. This dual degree option was designed in particular for working professionals who wanted to take advantage of the convenient options available at the Edwards Campus in Overland Park.

The Global MA/MBA Program includes 56 hours of coursework and is structured to be completed in three years. New students are admitted each fall semester. Classes are offered weekday evenings at the Edwards Campus. KU's Global MA/MBA program is designed for business leaders, from the recent college graduate to the seasoned executive with an eye toward global opportunities.
