Overview

CGIS is a resource for Educational Outreach for topics of global scope for K-12 schools, colleges, government agencies, community groups, and businesses in Kansas and Missouri. The Center covers trans-national topics, and specializes in resources for the study of South Asia, the Middle East and Europe. CGIS provides speakers and performers for classroom visits, professional development workshops for teachers, public lectures and cultural events throughout the year. Activities are posted on our Events page, the KU Calendar and advertised through our social media pages. But the best way to stay informed is to join our email list! You can customize which typed of activities you wish to stay informed on by signing up through our secure and easy webform!
