Jessica has been with CGIS since it opened in 2009. She provides administrative, media and other support for the Center for Global & International Studies and its associated academic programs. Duties include course scheduling, HR and Finance liaison, website and social media maintenance, promotional and communication design, coordination of special events (graduation and special lectures) and supervising student hourly workers.

Clare provides advising for students in the GIST Graduate programs, including the GIST MA and the GIST ISP (Interagency Studies) and FAS MA Tracks. She guides graduate students throughout their time at KU, including the admissions process, enrollment, petitions, comprehensive/final exams, and graduation.
